2024
Marked the start of our 5th and 6th Executive Condominium projects with our winning bid for 2 EC plot sites at Plantation Close in Tengah.
2023
Launch of 2 freehold private condominiums comprising a total of 1,086 luxury homes. Developed as joint ventures with Sunway Group, both Terra Hill and The Continuum have been recognised by the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2023 for Best Premium Condo Architectural Design and Best Lifestyle Development respectively – amongst numerous other accolades.
2020
Achieved the completion of over 7,000 homes for our residential portfolio.
2019
Acquisition of Andaz Singapore, a 342-room luxury hotel in the Singapore Bugis-Rochor District. Implementing an Asset Enhancement Initiative, we successfully achieved a significant performance improvement for the hospitality development.
2015
Acquisition of our first overseas commercial development in the United Kingdom.
2012
Acquisition of GLS site for the development of Royal Square at Novena, which comprised retail and F&B shops, medical suites, and the hospitality development Courtyard by Marriott Singapore.
1997
Acquisition of our first Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Woodgrove Drive, developed into the 248-unit Woodgrove Condominium.
