Hoi Hup Sunway Novena Pte Ltd has recently signed an agreement with Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR) to open Courtyard by Marriott Novena in Singapore. Marriott International is going to manage this 250-room property that is the first Courtyard branded hotel in this market and scheduled to open in 2017. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hotels & Hospitality Group (“JLL H&H”) acted as an exclusive advisor for Hoi Hup Sunway Novena Pte Ltd, a joint venture between two renowned developers in Singapore, Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd And Sunway Developments Pte Ltd. to successfully negotiate this Management Agreement.

Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena will feature 250 guest rooms in a 33-storey mixed-use development. Complimented by Royal Square at Novena that consists of restaurants, retail shops and medical suites, guests at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena also enjoy excellent accessibility to the city centre and proximity to the popular shopping belt in Orchard Road.
